Rules

  • All participants of the ICICI Bank Moner Moton Adda Bondhur Sathe, need to be Indian residents from West Bengal & North East (Kolkata, Durgapur, Siliguri, Kalyani, Burdwan, Asansol, Guwahati, Agartala, Silchar, Haldia, Kharagpur, Baharampore, Maldah, Gangtok & Shillong) above the age of 50.
  • The game show will comprise two major segments:
    • Quiz Activity
    • Performing Arts.
  • Participants will be divided into teams and will have to play all rounds of Moner Moton Adda Bondhur Sathe.
  • Participants can participate in the following categories:
    • Singing
    • Dancing
    • Acting
    • Playing an instrument (participants to bring their own instruments)
    • Aabriti- Poetry/ Storytelling
    • Stand-up comedy.
  • Participants will be given a time limit of 2 minutes and must perform solo.
  • All participants’ entry into the competition will be deemed to constitute their acceptance of the contest Terms and Conditions.
  • Participants need to submit their name and mobile number to register their entry.
  • Validation of mobile number through a Verification Code is required during the registration process for the contest.
  • Participants are required to provide their consent for the following during registration:
    • Uploading of their talent-specific video on the Bank’s internal portal
    • Use of their submitted entries in any manner deemed appropriate by the Bank, including but not limited to branch communications, emailers, social media and other media or communication channels
    • Being contacted for contest-related communication on their registered mobile number
    • Being added to relevant WhatsApp groups for the purpose of contest communication.
  • The permitted video length for entry submission should not be more than 2 minutes and file size should not exceed 300 MB.
  • Moner Moton Adda Bondhur Sathe contest will be divided into three qualification stages:
    • Qualifier – intra-society competition
    • Semi-finale – top 15 qualified societies
    • Finale – top 3 societies.
  • Top 3 teams with the highest scores across both Quiz and Performing Arts categories qualify for the semi-finale. Quiz segment will be judged based on scoring during the contest and entries from the Performing Arts category will be scored by third-party jury. Cumulative scoring will be considered for semi-finale and will be announced at a later date.
  • The jury’s selection and the judging criteria will be at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and the decision of the jury and ICICI Bank shall be final and binding and will not be open to discussion.
  • Shortlisted teams would be notified by call on their registered mobile numbers post declaration of results. The results will be announced within 60 working days from the end date of the contest.
  • Travel and stay arrangements will be made for the Semi-finale & Finale rounds for customers travelling from outside of Kolkata (Durgapur, Siliguri, Kalyani, Burdwan, Asansol, Guwahati, Agartala, Silchar, Haldia, Kharagpur, Baharampore, Maldah, Gangtok & Shillong) and participants should co-operate with all arrangements made by ICICI Bank.
  • Entries (submissions) and any original physical copies must be stored safely by the participants till the announcement of shortlisted participants for audit purposes.
  • Participant need not have a relationship with ICICI Bank to participate in the contest.
  • Participation entries should not contain anything that is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, offensive, private or otherwise unsuitable for all audiences of all ages.
  • This is a skill-based contest and chance plays no part in the determination of winners.
  • Participant understands and agrees that he/she/they shall not have any claim against ICICI Bank, its directors, employees, associates, affiliates, etc. with respect to such use and shall not raise any objection or restriction regarding the use of his/her photos/videos/audios, at any time in the future for the proposed activity.
  • Any acts involving mental/physical harm to self and others, violence and/or hurt religious sentiments will not be shortlisted.
T&Cs

A. DEFINITIONS

  • “Applicable Laws” means the laws of India and all the statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, notifications, orders, guidelines and policies notified or promulgated pursuant thereto and modifications thereof in force from time to time.
  • “Contest” means the ‘ICICI Bank Moner Moton Adda Bondhur Sathe’
  • “Contest Period” shall mean the period from 12:00:00 a.m. of April 10, 2026 till 11:59:59 p.m. of July 31, 2026 as per Indian Standard Time.
  • “ICICI Bank” shall mean ICICI Bank Limited, India.
  • “Participant”/ “You”/ “Your”/ “He”/ “She” shall mean all those individuals (resident and non-resident Indians above the age of 50) who reside in West Bengal & North East (Kolkata, Durgapur, Siliguri, Kalyani, Burdwan, Asansol, Guwahati, Agartala, Silchar, Haldia, Kharagpur, Baharampore, Malda, Gangtok and Shillong) and who participate in the Contest.
  • “Submission” shall mean any video file uploaded on behalf of the participant.
  • “Terms” / “Contest Rules” shall mean these terms and conditions are applicable to the Contest.
  • ” Website” shall mean https://www.monermotonadda.in
  • “Shortlisted” shall mean all those Participants who have been shortlisted by the jury and who may need to perform their talent in the presence Mr. Prosenjit Chatterjee & Mr. Anil Kapoor
  • “Entry Submission” shall mean the uploaded Video (mp4 format up to 300 MB and time duration up to 2 minutes)
  • “Disclaimer” shall mean for all the categories, the participant has to declare that the entry submitted by him/her is genuine and their own and is not taken from any other sources. ICICI Bank shall not be liable for any litigation arising out of their submission.

B. RIGHTS OF PARTICIPANTS

Participant/s has the right to obtain a copy of processed personal information and data held by ICICI Bank about him/her. He/she may also request ICICI Bank to update and correct any out-of-date or incorrect personal information held by it. To obtain the previously mentioned copy of information or to place a request for the said updating or for any query concerning our policy on data protection and privacy, participant can walk into the nearest branch on or before July 31, 2026.

C. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION:

The information, if any, collected by ICICI Bank may be shared with the affiliated companies at home and abroad including the partners of ICICI Bank, joint ventures and with any future owners of the Website.

ICICI Bank may from time to time employ other companies and individuals to carry out functions on its behalf including delivering services, sending mail, providing marketing assistance, analysing data, providing customer service and for accounting and invoicing purposes. In order to carry out their functions efficiently, these companies and individuals may require access to personal information of the Participant. ICICI Bank shall only disclose such relevant personal information as is needed by them to perform their functions properly.

If so directed, ICICI Bank shall co-operate with any court, tribunal, regulatory body, police authority or other similar authority in any investigations or proceedings concerning Participant or his/her use of the Website. This may include disclosing information about communications transmitted via the services to the authorities whenever required.

Whilst we take measures to safeguard the personal information that Participant provides to us, no transmission over the internet can ever be guaranteed secure. Consequently, please note that ICICI Bank cannot guarantee the security of any personal information that you transfer to us over the internet due to practical constraints.

D. NATURE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED:

The following information of the Participant/s is collected and processed by ICICI Bank:

  • The information provided on registration and entry submission, such as full name, mobile number, PIN code and Date of Birth.
  • Information provided by the Participant/s on the Website.
  • Participants are required to provide their consent for the following during registration:
  • Uploading of their talent-specific video on the Bank’s internal portal
  • Use of their submitted entries in any manner deemed appropriate by the Bank, including but not limited to branch communications, emailers, social media and other media or communication channels
  • Being contacted for contest-related communication on their registered mobile number
  • Being added to relevant WhatsApp groups for the purpose of contest communication.

E. USAGE OF INFORMATION:

The personal information collected from the Participant/s is used for the following purposes:

  • To facilitate the Contest in a personalized manner
  • To monitor the activities of the Participant/s in order to prevent any misuse of the Website and the services provided to the Participant/s.

F. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Participation in the contest is voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Participants shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
  • The participation in the Contest shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the terms and conditions governing the Contest.
  • ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Contest Partner/s or the Winner from the benefits of the Contest if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Prize under the Contest or otherwise for participating in the Contest. The decision made by ICICI Bank with regard to disqualification of a Participant shall be final and binding.
  • ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Contest Partner/s or the Shortlisted Participant from the benefits of the Contest if:
    - He/she is identified as NPA in ICICI Bank records
    - Bank observes any fraudulent and suspicious activity in any of the accounts
    - He/she is found to have any negative or criminal record
    - The decision made by ICICI Bank with regards to disqualification of a Participant shall be final and binding.
  • The Contest is subject to Applicable Laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank.
  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of West Bengal & North East.
  • All communication / queries/ notices with regard to the Contest should be addressed to the participant’s nearest Branch personnel
  • In all matters relating to the Contest, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
  • These terms and conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Terms and Conditions. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Terms and Conditions.
  • ICICI Bank reserves the right to revoke the Contest or modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to the Contest, participants and shortlisted participants as per its discretion without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Contest without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
  • ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/damage/claim/injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the terms and conditions of the Contest.
